Please read these terms carefully before using our services.
By accessing or using the services of Cucorp Financial SVC ("the Bank"), including our website, mobile applications, online banking, and any other services (collectively, "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our Services.
"Account" means any deposit, loan, credit card, or other financial product account held with the Bank. "Client," "you," or "your" refers to any individual or entity that uses our Services. "Business Day" means any day other than Saturday, Sunday, or a statutory holiday in the province of Saskatchewan.
To open an account, you must provide accurate and complete information as requested by the Bank. You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to open an account independently. The Bank reserves the right to refuse to open an account or to close an existing account at its discretion, subject to applicable law.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, passwords, PINs, and security questions. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. The Bank is not liable for losses resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials or from sharing them with others.
The Bank charges fees for certain products and services as outlined in our Fee Schedule, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. Fees are subject to change with 30 days' notice. You are responsible for reviewing the Fee Schedule regularly.
Interest rates on deposits and loans are set by the Bank and are subject to change without notice, unless otherwise specified in your account agreement. Variable rates are tied to the Bank's prime rate or other reference rates as disclosed.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Bank shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of our Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount of fees paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Saskatchewan and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Saskatchewan.
The Bank may amend these Terms at any time by posting the revised Terms on our website. Your continued use of our Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
